Shipping :
CTN Petals sends out plant(s) shipments on all days of the week except Sunday and public holidays. If you place an order with us before 06:00 a.m. we will ship the item out on the same day. After that the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Service
Most orders are sent on a fully-tracked service with Amazon, BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees ETC… Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via text or email to advise when you can expect delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know as soon as your order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned. We don’t provide refunds
Our plants are packaged in a specially designed box to ensure they arrive at their destination in great condition. In the very rare instance that your plant is damaged in transit please send us photographic & Video evidence of the damage so that we can raise a claim with our courier company. We can then replace with 2 to 3 days.
Correct and Complete Address
It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct and complete address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immedietly and we will try our best to help. We are not responsbile for plants which have spoiled due to delays in delivery because of an incorrect/incomplete address. If the package is returned to us due to these reasons it will be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.
Refused by Recipient:
Please make sure that the addressee is aware of the package arriving. If the package is refused and returned to us due to whatever reason, it will still be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.

• If you placed an order and plant is not available in stock then we can hold your order till plant is available on stock or you may change your choice like you can change earlier product with another same price product or you can wait till this product in stock.
• By subscribing to or using the Site or the Services, you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms of Service, together with all related policies and guidelines of this Site as indicated in these terms and conditions that are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, do not use or subscribe to the Site or the Products / Services.
• We at our sole discretion reserve the right to change, amend or modify the Terms of Service at any time, without notifying you or assigning any reasons. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service.

CTN Petals will not send you any promotional SMS, but if you wish to receive any promotional offer or wish list update, you can sign up for our newsletter, and you can receive such details by email.
